Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located around the globe. For orders in the United States or Canada, it will normally take 14 to 28 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 40 days. Some countries take longer to ship to than others. If you would like to know the shipping time of a certain product to your country please email us at support@theheaphouse.com

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes.

Q: Will I be charged with customs and import charges and will The Heap House cover the charges?

A: Depending on the country of destination you may or may not be charged with customs and import fees. Because the parcel gets charged upon arrival to the designated country and because custom fees vary per country, The Heap House will not be responsible for covering the fees. In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant fees to the courier upon delivery of the shipment.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Yes! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

 

Q: Does The Heap House provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Yes! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply email us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
